Amy C. Marshall, Attorney at law:

Born and raised in the wiregrass, Ms. Marshall is an attorney located near the courthouse in downtown Enterprise. She served as the prosecutor for the City of Enterprise for 4 years and served as the President of the Coffee County Bar Association from 2016-2018. She currently serves on the Fair Ballot Commission for the Secretary of State. Ms. Marshall attended Birmingham School of Law while both interning and clerking at two firms. After graduation, Ms. Marshall moved to Alaska where she worked for the US Army in the office of the Judge Advocate General providing advice on all civil, criminal, and employment-related issues. She was selected into the IMCOM Pacific Region Mentoring Program and received two Civilian Medal of Achievement awards. After moving back to the wiregrass, she opened her own firm where she performs a variety of legal services including divorce, custody, dependency actions, estate work, and other legal areas.
