Amy C. Marshall
Born and raised in the wiregrass, Ms. Marshall graduated from Crenshaw Christian Academy in 2002. After high school she attended the University of Alabama and served as Head Judicial Board Officer over recruitment for Panhellenic Association, and was a member of Student Government Association, Student Alumni Association, Alpha Gamma Delta, Phi Alpha Theta and Sigma Tau Delta. She also served as Athletic Hostess for the Alabama Crimson Tide football, baseball, gymnastics, and basketball teams. She graduated with honors and later attended Birmingham School of Law while both interning and clerking at two law firms. After graduation, Ms. Marshall moved to Alaska where she worked for the US Army in the office of the Judge Advocate General providing advice on all civil, criminal, and employment-related issues. She was selected into the IMCOM Pacific Region Mentoring Program and received two Civilian Medal of Achievement awards.
After moving back to the wiregrass, she opened her own firm where she focuses on family law, divorce, child custody, and dependency cases. As an attorney, she has served as Prosecutor for the City of Enterprise, President of the Coffee County Bar Association, Leadership Forum, and served on the Fair Ballot Commission for the Secretary of State. She is an active member of various charity organizations and a member of Saint Luke United Methodist Church in Enterprise.
Chris Kaminski
Chris Kaminski is a Coffee County resident brought to this area by his Father’s military service. He graduated from Enterprise High School in 2002. After high school, Chris attended the University of Alabama where he graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After completion of his undergraduate studies, Chris attended law school at Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. He completed law school in 2009 and passed the Alabama bar exam on his first attempt the same year.
Chris served as an assistant district attorney with the District Attorney’s Office for Coffee and Pike counties for 5 ½ years before being appointed to serve as Judge for the Coffee County District Court. At the time of his appointment, Chris was the youngest serving judge in the State of Alabama. After serving as Coffee County District Judge for 4 years, Chris left the bench to enter private practice.
Chris’s extensive experience as a prosecutor, Judge, and private practice attorney has given him a well rounded understanding of how to handle most any type of legal issue. Chris’s knowledge and experience allows him to tackle the toughest divorce, family law, child custody, child support, criminal, juvenile delinquency, and juvenile dependency cases.
In addition to his law practice, Chris serves as a member on the Coffee County United Way Board of Directors and formerly served on the Wiregrass United Way Board of Trustees. Chris and his family are members of Saint Luke United Methodist Church in Enterprise.
